Scoop: Based on the celebrated Uruguayan movie La Casa Muda which was inspired by true events from the 1940s. We follow a similar storyline where a young woman finds herself trapped inside her lakeside family house that her father and uncle are in the process of renovating to sell. We cannot tell if it is indeed supernatural beings, imaginary or real people tormenting and preventing her from going outside for help. Some of the effects reminded me of An American Haunting but confused me grossly at the end.
